So excited! I have been holding it in until today...I couldn't believe it when I got the email from Maria the other week asking if I would like to be spotlighted over on the Simply Sassy blog....took me all of a second to send my reply!!
My wee cupboard yesterday and now my cards today!!
I am still here just kept busy completing all my card orders...which will give me the pennies to get some of these!
Oooooo and we had the arrival of 2 little baby guinea pigs from the SSPCA centre...the girls knew nothing about it as we didn't know if they would still be there when Phil got to Inverness but they were and the girls are delighted.
Third of my eighteenth birthday card orders! I used this gorgeous shoe image from Sketching Stamper...coloured with my promarkers and I have added loads of little beads. This time I coloured the numbers and added glossy accents to give them a lovely shine.
Second of my Eighteenth Birthday card orders...sorry I can't remember the make of the paper...I found the champagne bottle on the internet and coloured with my Promarkers. There's those numbers again!! This time I covered them with some stickles.
A peek of tomorrows card!
Enjoy your Saturday! We have friends coming round in a bit for some drinks and a takeaway!
I have had this Gorjuss Girl decoupage for a while now, so dug it out for the first of my 18th birthday card orders.
The paper came with the decoupage kit...I have added a tag which I distressed and stamped some swirls onto...some lovely seam binding...some flowers and the sentiment is printed from the computer.
The numbers are from my stash and you will see them on all my cards as they are the only big numbers I have...I really must invest in some number dies for my Big Shot (watching a few on ebay). These were a job lot I bought on ebay but they are silver and gold, so I distressed these ones a bit to blend in a bit more with this card.
"Can you make me a card for a woman who loves Baileys?" That was the request which stumped me for a bit and then I thought well what about a glass of baileys?? How great the internet is...just wish I had a better printer! The papers are from Dovecraft, all distressed and inked with walnut stain.......sentiment printed from the computer and some numbers covered in stickles!
Here is a little peek at tomorrows card!
Thanks for stopping by...please leave me a comment and I'll come visit you!x
Another card order done..I have finished another 3 which I will share over the next few days...I still have a few more to do....one of which I have been asked to put wellies on...not just any wellies.. Jimmy Choo Hunter Wellies (I didn't even know Jimmy Choo did wellies!)! (how many times can you say wellies in one sentence!lol)
I am not sure the make of this paper as it is was the only bit I had left...think it could be BoBunny??
Another lovely Sugar Nellie image coloured with my promarkers...some faux stitching......sentiment printed from the computer with a cute little font and some numbers from my stash.
Get yourself over to Simply Create...Jacqui has this gorgeous inspiration board -

The best entry will be judged by my Mum and will win £100 of stash and this challenge is open to everyone, design team and staff. All I ask is that leave a comment, become a member of the blog and link to the challenge on your side bar. Happy Crafting!!!
